Shipping Information

We do our best to get your new pillow and sleep accessories to you as quickly as possible!

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Methods and Costs All deliveries are carried out in cooperation with our logistics partner DPD. All shipping prices listed below include VAT (PVN).

• Within Latvia:
  • DPD Pickup parcel machines (Paku skapji): 1–3 business days – €3.00
  • DPD Courier delivery to your door: 1–2 business days – €7.00 
• Estonia & Lithuania:
  • DPD Pickup parcel machines: 2–4 business days – €5.00
  • DPD Courier delivery to your door: 2–4 business days – €8.00
• Other European Union Countries:
  • DPD Pickup parcel machines / Parcel shops: 4–8 business days – from €10.00
  • DPD Standard Courier delivery: 4–8 business days – from €15.00 (Exact shipping costs for EU countries are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address).

3. Order Tracking As soon as your order is handed over to DPD, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. Important: Receiving Your Package Upon receiving your package, please visually inspect the outer packaging. If you notice any damage (tears, severe dents), please take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately at info@miega.eu.
