Refund and Returns Policy

What do you need to know about returning a purchase?

If you wish to return a purchase made on the SIA Miega online store, please remember:

• For hygiene and health protection reasons, sleep products (pillows, blankets, bed linen) must not be opened or used. You must keep the original (or vacuum) packaging completely sealed and undamaged. If the packaging is unsealed, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.
• We will also need the proof of purchase and delivery documents. Please keep them!
• If you want to return a purchase, send us an email at info@miega.eu. We will then provide you with the return instructions.
• Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.
